Silica (SiO2)

Silica's main use is as a cleanser and skin conditioner.
Silica can help with

  • skin (especially with salt number 7, Kali. Sulph.)
  • hair (especially with salt number 7, Kali. Sulph.)

  • pimples
  • acne
  • brittle nails
  • thinning hair

Warning: Be careful with this salt if you have implants or anything 'non-you' in your body, as this salt will seek to eliminate them.
